We are trying to do our bit for the environment.
We are working with the EU’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) to reduce the amount of equipment that goes to landfill.
Our equipment complies with the Restriction of The Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) legislation.
We are also signed up to Samsung’s “star” programme click here for more information (The Samsung STAR programme's firm promise is that every returned empty cartridge is safely and responsibly recycled; unlike some manufacturers’ return programmes, they are never incinerated or sent to landfills).
We also promote all-in-one machines (also known as Multi-functional Devices) over stand alone machines (a separate photocopier, printer, scanner and fax machine).
We also offer ‘green’ machines that use recycled parts in them.
All these strategies help to reduce the amount of equipment that may end up in landfill.
